Equestrian

Interaction with horses has been shown to be hugely beneficial to individuals with ASD. It is effective in promoting language, sensory regulation, and social skills among students as they often form emotional bonds with the horses.

Jump Zone

Our in-house trampolines enable us to provide jumping sessions. This greatly helps children with any difficulties in motor or social skills to develop and improve sensory processing, motor planning and self-regulation.

Art

Channelling energy into expressive and creative outlets is greatly beneficial for emotional growth, sensory integration and fosters social interaction.

Music

Children with ASD have been shown to display a wider array of emotional expressions and social engagement behaviours when playing or reacting to music.

Sports

All children take part in early morning physical activity to set them up for the day with athletics, ball sports and team building exercises. Sport allows children to express themselves as well as interact with one another. Team sports in particular, bring out a sense of confidence and self-esteem as well as improve social skills through providing common goals.
